Ukuqamba Ukuhlola Okungabhubhi

Ukuhlola Okungabhubhisi (NDT) kuyindlela esetshenziselwa ukuthola amaphutha angaphakathi ezintweni noma ezingxenyeni ngaphandle kokuphazamisa ubuqotho bazo. Ezingxenyeni zezimboni ezifana ne-forging, ukuhlola okungalimazi kudlala indima ebalulekile ekuqinisekiseni ikhwalithi nokwethembeka.

Okulandelayo izindlela ezimbalwa ezijwayelekile zokuhlola ezingalimazi ezisebenza ekufongeni:

Ukuhlolwa kwe-Ultrasonic (UT): Ngokuthumela amagagasi omsindo we-high-frequency wave kuma-forgings, ama-echo ayatholwa ukuze kunqunywe indawo, usayizi, kanye ne-morphology yokukhubazeka kwangaphakathi. Le ndlela ikwazi ukubona imifantu, ama-pores, inclusions, nezinye izinkinga ekufogeni.

I-Magnetic Particle Testing (MT): Ngemva kokufaka inkambu kazibuthe ebusweni be-forging, izinhlayiya kazibuthe zihlakazeka kuyo. Uma kukhona ukuqhekeka noma okunye ukukhubazeka okukhona, izinhlayiya kazibuthe zizobuthana kulezi zinkinga, ngaleyo ndlela zikubone ngeso lengqondo.

Ukuhlolwa kwe-Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT): Ukumboza ingaphezulu le-forging ngoketshezi oluvuzayo ukuze ligcwalise ngokukhubazeka futhi liwasuse ngemva kwesikhathi. Khona-ke, i-ejenti yokuthuthukisa isetshenziswa ukuze kuvunyelwe uketshezi oluvuvukalayo ukuba lungene futhi lwenze izinkomba ezibonakalayo endaweni yokuqhekeka noma yesici.

Ukuhlolwa kwe-X-ray (RT): Ukusebenzisa ama-X-ray noma imisebe ye-gamma ukuze kungene izinto eziqanjiwe nokwenza izithombe kumafilimu azwelayo. Le ndlela ikwazi ukubona amaphutha afana nokushintsha kokuminyana kanye nokuqhekeka ngaphakathi kwama-forging.

Okungenhla kuveza kuphela izindlela ezimbalwa ezijwayelekile zokuhlola ezingabhubhisi, futhi indlela efanele kufanele ikhethwe ngokusekelwe ohlotsheni lokukhohlisa, izidingo zokucaciswa, kanye nesimo esithile.
