Izinga lokushisa elimaphakathi
Ukushisa kwe-workpiece phakathi kuka-350 no-500 ℃.
Inhloso ukuthola ukunwebeka okuphezulu kanye nephuzu lesivuno, ngokuqina okufanele. Ngemva kokushisa, kutholwa i-troostite efudumele, ebhekisela esakhiweni esiyiduplex se-ferrite matrix esakhiwe ngesikhathi sokushisa kwe-martensite, lapho ama-carbides ayindilinga amancane kakhulu (noma ama-cementite) asatshalaliswa ngaphakathi kwe-matrix.
Izakhiwo zikamshini: 35-50HRC, umkhawulo wokunwebeka okuphezulu, iphuzu lesivuno, nokuqina okuthile.
Ububanzi bohlelo lokusebenza: ikakhulukazi ezisetshenziselwa iziphethu, iziphethu, ama-forging dies, amathuluzi womthelela, njll. [1]
Ukushisa okuphezulu

Izakhiwo zikamshini: 25-35HRC, ezinezakhiwo ezinhle eziphelele zemishini.
Ububanzi bohlelo lokusebenza: Isetshenziselwa kakhulu izingxenye zesakhiwo ezibalulekile ezithwala umthwalo, njengezinduku zokuxhuma, amabhawudi, amagiya, nezingxenye zeshaft.
Inqubo yokwelapha ukushisa eyinhlanganisela yokucisha i-workpiece kanye nezinga lokushisa eliphezulu libizwa ngokuthi ukucisha nokushisa. Ukucisha nokushisa akukwazi ukusetshenziselwa ukwelashwa kokushisa kokugcina kuphela, kodwa futhi nokwelashwa kwangaphambili kokushisa kwezinye izingxenye ezinembayo noma izingxenye ezicishiwe zokungeniswa.
