Ukushisa kwezingxenye zokubumba zensimbi

I-Tempering iyinqubo yokwelapha ukushisa lapho i-workpiece icinywa futhi ishiselwe ekushiseni okungaphansi kwe-Ac1 (izinga lokushisa lokuqala le-pearlite kuya ku-austenite ukuguqulwa ngesikhathi sokushisa), eligcinwe isikhathi esithile, bese lipholiswa ekamelweni lokushisa.

Ukushisa kuvame ukulandelwa ukucisha, ngenhloso yoku:

(c) Ukuhleleka okuzinzile nosayizi, ukuqinisekisa ukunemba;

(d) Thuthukisa futhi uthuthukise ukusebenza kokucubungula. Ngakho-ke, ukufudumala kuyinqubo yokugcina ebalulekile yokuthola ukusebenza okudingekayo kwe-workpiece. Ngokuhlanganisa ukucisha kanye nokushisa, izakhiwo ezidingekayo zemishini zingatholakala. [2]

I-martensite efudumele etholwe ngemva kokushisa ibhekisela esakhiweni esincane esitholakala ngesikhathi sokushisa okuphansi kwe-martensite ecishiwe. Izakhiwo zemishini: 58-64HRC, ubulukhuni obuphezulu nokumelana nokugqoka.

 

Ububanzi bohlelo lokusebenza: Isetshenziswa kakhulu ezinhlotsheni ezahlukahlukene zamathuluzi ensimbi ekhabhoni ephezulu, amathuluzi okusika, amathuluzi okulinganisa, isikhunta, amabhere aginqikayo, izingxenye ezicishiwe nezindawo ezicishiwe, njll. [1]

Izinga lokushisa elimaphakathi

Ukushisa kwe-workpiece phakathi kuka-350 no-500 ℃.

Inhloso ukuthola ukunwebeka okuphezulu kanye nephuzu lesivuno, ngokuqina okufanele. Ngemva kokushisa, kutholwa i-troostite efudumele, ebhekisela esakhiweni esiyiduplex se-ferrite matrix esakhiwe ngesikhathi sokushisa kwe-martensite, lapho ama-carbides ayindilinga amancane kakhulu (noma ama-cementite) asatshalaliswa ngaphakathi kwe-matrix.

Izakhiwo zikamshini: 35-50HRC, umkhawulo wokunwebeka okuphezulu, iphuzu lesivuno, nokuqina okuthile.

Ububanzi bohlelo lokusebenza: ikakhulukazi ezisetshenziselwa iziphethu, iziphethu, ama-forging dies, amathuluzi womthelela, njll. [1]

Ukushisa okuphezulu

Ukushisa kwama-workpieces ngaphezu kwe-500 ~ 650 ℃.

Inhloso ukuthola izakhiwo eziphelele zemishini ezinamandla amahle, ipulasitiki, nokuqina.

Ngemva kokushisa, i-sorbite evuthayo iyatholakala, ebhekisela esakhiweni esiyiduplex se-ferrite matrix esakhiwe ngesikhathi se-martensite tempering, lapho ama-carbides amancane ayindilinga (okuhlanganisa ne-cementite) asatshalaliswa ngaphakathi kwe-matrix.

 

Izakhiwo zikamshini: 25-35HRC, ezinezakhiwo ezinhle eziphelele zemishini.

Ububanzi bohlelo lokusebenza: Isetshenziselwa kakhulu izingxenye zesakhiwo ezibalulekile ezithwala umthwalo, njengezinduku zokuxhuma, amabhawudi, amagiya, nezingxenye zeshaft.

Inqubo yokwelapha ukushisa eyinhlanganisela yokucisha i-workpiece kanye nezinga lokushisa eliphezulu libizwa ngokuthi ukucisha nokushisa. Ukucisha nokushisa akukwazi ukusetshenziselwa ukwelashwa kokushisa kokugcina kuphela, kodwa futhi nokwelashwa kwangaphambili kokushisa kwezinye izingxenye ezinembayo noma izingxenye ezicishiwe zokungeniswa.
